Add a Designated Partner

It is mandatory for every Limited Liability Partnership to have at least two designated partners. Two partners from the company are meant to function as the designated partners. To be a designated partner, they need to hold a Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN). Additionally, they have to be mentioned in the LLP agreement.

Procedure to Add a Designated Partner (2-3 Days)

We apply for the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN).

For appointing the designated partner, a resolution should be passed for approval. To mention the name of the partner in the LLP agreement, Form 3 has to be filed, whereas Form 4 needs to be filed for changing a partner.
