Remove a Director

A company has the right to Remove a Director if he disqualifies to abide by any of the provisions mentioned in the Company Act, 2013. He could be disqualified by court order or for absence from board meetings for over a year. Additionally, he cannot form contracts that are not in lieu with the proviso mentioned in Section 184.
