Master Service Agreement (MSA) is somewhat similar to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), but with a slight variation. By this agreement, the transaction between the service provider and the client are regulated for the long-term. It is immensely helpful in divisions that involve a lot of transactions. The most common division where MSA is required in the IT sector.
