Add a Director

The Companies Act 2013, Sec 152, 168 and 169 gives the Board of Directors the right to add a Director or remove one. However, the appointing of a Director must be done according to the criteria's put forward by the Articles of Association. Additionally, the newly appointed Director must submit to the company in writing, his consent to be the Director.
