Preparing a will is a means by which you allocate your assets to certain members after death. By making a will, you can choose to distribute your assets to those you wish rather than it following the standard hereditary procedure. Additionally, you need to appoint an executor who makes sure that all your assets are distributed as per your wish after death. Contrary to the popular idea of not registering your will, it is advisable to make a will and register it at the sub registrar's office.
